Utica, NY - The Panthers set out to the Renaissance city to compete in their third indoor track and field meet of the year!
This meet saw two Panthers break a school record - Freshman Nicholas Burgess broke the school record in the 200 meter dash with a time of 21.74 seconds. Senior Ethan Nigro(Kingston, NY) broke the men's pole vault record with a jump of 2.50 meters.
Some notable performances today was Hudson debuted his 200 meter with a time of 25.76 seconds. Burgess finished 9th overall in the 60 meter dash with a time of 7.139 seconds falling short of the finals by a millisecond. Nithya Gutta (Guilderland, NY) also had a notable performance triple jumping 9.86 meters.
The team will have a long three weeks to get ready for their next meet on March 1st.
