Chuck is currently a P4 student in the PharmD program. Having played on the men’s soccer team from the 2018 season until 2022, he chose to become a Graduate Assistant because of the large positive impact the sport has had on his life. He has been playing the sport since he was three years old and has many friends on the current team, as he is excited about the opportunity to help them succeed from the sideline.
Middleton is an accomplished student-athlete having the highest academic standing in his P1 and P2 years while being a member of the Rho Chi Pharmacy Honor Society. His academic success led to five straight USCAA National All-Academic Team honors from 2018-2023. Middleton is also a 2x YSCC All-Conference Soccer Team member (2021 & 2022), the 2021 ACPHS Men’s Soccer MVP, and a 4x record holder in Track & Field in the 4x400 (indoor & outdoor), mixed 4x400 (outdoor), and 4x100 (outdoor).
Outside of school, he has worked as a pharmacy technician/intern at Kinney Drugs in Syracuse since 2019 and enjoys golf, playing video games, and skiing in his free time.
