Kelly VanValkenburgh, a senior guard for the ACPHS women's basketball team, has been named the ACPHS Female Athlete of the Month for November. At the RIT Tip-Off Tournament in mid-November, VanValkenburgh was named to the All-Tournament team after 14.5 points per game against St. Lawrence and Hamilton. VanValkenburgh started the season on a tear, scoring 30 points against both Hudson Valley Community College and St. Joseph (VT) in the first two games of the 2010-11 season, both wins for the Panthers. For the 2010-11 season, VanValkenburgh is averaging 18.3 points per game and 8.5 rebounds per game.
