Costin and Foote claim HVIAC Player/Rookie of the Week Honors
The HVIAC has announced that
Miranda Costin has been name the women's basketball Player of the Week. Costin came off the bench to score a game-high 16 points to lead the Panthers to a victory in their season and league opener vs. The King's College. The sophomore guard shot 7 of 16 from the floor and swiped six steals and grabbed three rebounds.
Freshmen,
Rebecca Foote also received HVIAC Rookie of the Week honors for the women's basketball team. Foote scored two points and grabbed six rebounds (five offensive), had two steals and a block in the Panthers season-opening win over The King's College.
The lady Panther's kick off their season opener on Wednesday, November 13
th at 7pm against Hudson Valley Community College.
