ALBANY, NY - The Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences defeated Briarcliffe College by a final score of 60-51 on Sunday afternoon to take home the inaugural Panther Tip-Off Tournament championship. 
Megan Serley led all scorers with 21 points, while both 
Kelsey Johnson and 
Taylor Sullivan finished with double doubles, notching 10 points and 10 rebounds each.
Alexa Schooley was named tournament MVP, and had another strong performance against Briarcliffe, with 17 points and 9 rebounds.
The Panthers began the game on a 10-0 run, and led from wire to wire, as their stingy defense held Briarcliffe to 30% shooting for the game.
ACPHS improves to 4-0 on the season, and next play Tuesday night at 7pm against Johnson and Wales. That game, and every home game, can be heard on
