New Rochelle, NY- The ACPHS Men's Basketball team finished their season yesterday as they fought hard to compete with number two seed Vaughn College for the HVIAC Conference semi-finals. The Warriors defeated the Panthers 88-68 to earn their way to the conference championship today to face number one seeded Berkeley College.
Coming up big for the Panthers were sophomores
Alex Johnson and
Brandon Votra, who were also named to the HVIAC All-Conference team. Johnson finished the game with 26 points, while Votra earned a double-double with 21 points and 10 rebounds. Freshman
Thomas Chalker had 16 points and 6 rebounds in the loss.
The Panthers finish their season with an overall record of 10-12, and an HVIAC record of 5-3.
