As high-risk sports continue to restart around the Capital Region, local soccer coaches are still training players on the pitch. John Adeseko and Manuel Lopez have been coaching soccer in the Capital Region for years and normally hold camps during the summer months. Back in December, the duo created Alpha Formz - a training group that offers year round instruction for players of all ages and skill level.
This week, Alpha Formz is putting on a soccer clinic at Afrim's Sports in Latham. Along with instruction, the camp gives kids a much needed opportunity to get out of the house.
