Media, PA - The Panthers returned to action on Friday afternoon after the holiday break in Pennsylvania against Williamson College of the Trades. 

The game started pretty evenly, going back and forth for the beginning, until Williamson went on a 14-2 run in the first to help build a 16 point lead.  The rust was on display as they turned the ball over 10 times and shot less than 30% from the field, missing every single three pointer attempted.  Brett Richards (Kinderhook, NY) had a near double-double in the first half with 8 points and 9 rebounds, but the poor shooting led to a 14-point halftime deficit. 

The second half started with more of the same as Williamson pushed their lead to 22 points with about 13 minutes left. However, the Panthers finally shook off the rust as they went on a 16-6 run of their own to bring the lead down to just outside single digits.

Despite this, the Panthers continued to hurt themselves, this time in the form of fouls. The team racked up 16 fouls in the second half alone, resulting in 24 free throw attempts for Williamson.  The Panthers managed to outscore Williamson in the second half, but it wasn't enough as they eventually lost the game 68-56. 

Richards finished with 15 points and 17 rebounds while Tristan Lisbony (Houston, TX) and Nathan Lynes (Miami, FL) combined for another 22 points, but the 26 fouls mixed with the 16 turnovers was the Panthers' own downfall. 

The team will regroup overnight in preparation for their next game Saturday afternoon against Westchester Community College with a 2pm tipoff time.
