ACPHS Athletics

A senior in the PharmD program, Braun has had a decorated volleyball career.  In her junior year of high school, Braun earned her first captain title after earning a Western Athletic Conference Mohawk Division 1st Team All-Star nod. The next year, she repeated as an All-Star and captain, but this time added a Defensive Player of the Year and her school's Distinguished Athlete Award to her resume.  Braun graduated as her high school's salutatorian, NHS member, and the student council Treasurer. Growing up in Guilderland, NY to parents Patrick & Sherie, she chose to attend ACPHS for its pharmacy program structure as well as the small yet supportive community.  In her first season on the ACPHS volleyball team, she won the team MVP award as well as an Honorable Mention to the YSCC All-Conference Team.  In her second season, she won the Coach's Award while being named to the USCAA National All-Academic Team both years of her career.  Braun is very involved in the community at ACPHS as she is the President-Elect for ASCP, peer mentor, teaching assistant for Pharmacy Skills 1 & 2, and the treasurer for the Commuter Student Club.  A fan of the Philadelphia Eagles, Braun enjoys reading and hiking in her spare time while naming the Top Gun films as her favorite.
