Biography

As a Junior: Duszak started the year strong, posting a top-15 individual finish to help charge a 4th place team finish at Stephen A. Warde Invitational. She followed that performance up being the second Panther to cross the line in a tough field at the Hoffman Invitational hosted by St. Lawrence. Duszak finished the first and only 5k of the season in the top half of the overall field of runners at the NJIT Highlander Invitational. For the final regular season meet at the MSMC Knight Invy, she posted strong outing in the women's 6k to be the second Panther once again getting past the line. She ended the year helping charge the Panthers by being the 6th place overall runner to help get a 2nd place team finish at the YSCC Championship.

As a Senior: Duszak kicked off her senior season getting a top-15 individual finish to help lead the Panthers to a 2nd place team finish at the SUNY Poly Short Course Invitational. She followed that performance with another scoring effort to help the Panthers secure a 6th overall team placement at the Maple Syrup Challenge hosted by Vermont Tech. Duszak continued a strong senior campaign in her first 6k of the year. Being the third Panther to cross the line, and a top-30 performance helped drive the team to a third place finish. Continuing her senior campaign, she dropped 3 minutes off her season-best 5k time, finishing with a 24:34. Duszak went into conference ready to help the team win their first conference title since 2019. She did end up having a strong race to finish in the top-10, and help the Panthers secure the YSCC conference championship. In her last Cross Country meet at USCAA Nationals, Duszak was able to hit a time she has not hit in 3 years, going sub 30 minutes in the 6k. She ended her season in the top 30 of the nation, and helped lead the Panthers to a 5th place team finish.
