Kelly VanValkenburgh scored 30 points for the second straight game this season as ACPHS defeated the College of St. Joseph (VT) by a score of 100-41 on Sunday afternoon.
Kelsey Johnson scored 16 points, while
Katie McCormack added 14 points and pulled down a career-high 18 rebounds.
To open the game, ACPHS came out on fire as they stormed out to a commanding 19-0 lead. In the first half, the Panthers shot a sizzling 54% as they went into halftime up by a score of 49-21. Their lead was never seriously threatened as ACPHS remained undefeated on the young season.
Alyson Johnson was the fourth Panther in double-figures as she contributed 13 points and also added four assists.
ACPHS returns to action on Tuesday night as they play host to Bard College at 7:00 PM.
