VanValkenburgh Scores 30 to Lead ACPHS over St. Joseph (VT)

Kelly VanValkenburgh scored 30 points for the second straight game this season as ACPHS defeated the College of St. Joseph (VT) by a score of 100-41 on Sunday afternoon. Kelsey Johnson scored 16 points, while Katie McCormack added 14 points and pulled down a career-high 18 rebounds.

To open the game, ACPHS came out on fire as they stormed out to a commanding 19-0 lead. In the first half, the Panthers shot a sizzling 54% as they went into halftime up by a score of 49-21. Their lead was never seriously threatened as ACPHS remained undefeated on the young season.

Alyson Johnson was the fourth Panther in double-figures as she contributed 13 points and also added four assists.

ACPHS returns to action on Tuesday night as they play host to Bard College at 7:00 PM.
