The ACPHS women's soccer team defeated Cazenovia College by a score of 3-0 on Tuesday afternoon as the Panthers received goals from 
Alexa Schooley (Auburn, NY, Union Springs), 
Frances Ripepi (Amsterdam, NY, Amsterdam) and 
Sarah Cope (Broadalbin, NY, Broadalbin-Perth). With the victory, the Panthers improve to 5-2 on the season.
The scoring started in the 11th minute as Schooley took a pass from 
Jen Bechard (Champlain, NY, Northeastern Clinton) to connect on her 12th goal of the season and give ACPHS a 1-0 lead over the visitors. Eight minutes before halftime, Ripepi scored on a shot from about 20 yards from goal to extend the Panther lead. With the goal, Ripepi continued to follow right behind Schooley for the team lead in goals, giving her 11 on the season.
Early in the second half, 
Sarah Cope (Broadalbin, NY, Broadalbin-Perth) scored to give the Panthers a 3-0 lead, which would prove to be the final score of the day. Cope's goal was assisted by Ripepi and Bechard.
Alexandra Weston (Chaumont, NY, Lyme Central) made 11 saves in net for ACPHS to earn her fourth shutout of the season.
