Hats off to Parsels

ALBANY - Katie Parsels scored a hat trick in ACPHS's 9-0 win over Cobleskill on Thursday night.
 
The Panthers got ahead early in the 3rd minute off a Nicole Burline goal. The senior shot it to the left corner off a by-line cross from Erin Tersegno.
 
Two minutes later, Parsels scored her 6th goal of the season to put the Panthers up 2-0. Parsels scored from 20 yards out off a pass from Caitlin James.
 
After an own-goal by Cobleskill in the 15th minute, Tersegno put ACPHS up 4-0 in the 24th minute off a through-ball from Kayli Smith.
 
Parsels scored two unassisted goals in the 29th and 40th minutes to put the Panthers up 6-0 going into halftime.
 
ACPHS struck again early in the second half when Smith scored her 4th goal of the season off a layoff from Parsels.
 
Tersegno scored her second goal of the game in the 54th minute to put the Panthers up 8-0.
 
Brittany Fuller scored the final goal of the game in the 81st minute from 12 yards out.
 
The Panthers will return to action on Saturday, October 17th when they travel to Aviator Field in Brooklyn to face conference opponents Berkeley College at 8pm.
